● January 26,2011-ICBC Brazil submitted Business Plan and Statement of Purpose to Central Bank of Brazil.

● December,2012-ICBC Brazil obtained authorization for operating issued by Central Bank of Brazil, acquiring license of a full-function bank with both wholesale and retail business.

● January, 2013-ICBC Brazil was registered in the board of trade and formally established.

● September 12, 2013-ICBC Brazil was approved by Central Bank of Brazil with regard to the tests for Banking Payment System (SPB).

● September 26, 2013- ICBC Brazil was formally open to business.
